Dibond and Coroplast
Dibond is a rigid, durable aluminum composite material consisting of two pre-painted sheets of .012-inch aluminum bonded to a solid polyethylene core.
Dibond is an excellent replacement for aluminum, MDO, plywood, thick gauge plastics, and some laminated fluted/solid core sheets.
Coroplast is a high-quality polypropylene twin-wall sheet that has a well known reputation for being one of the highest quality of corrugated plastic sheets.
Coroplast is used for its excellent adhesion quality in markets such as printing for the graphics arts field, display, and packaging. It also provides high durability because it is waterproof, resistant to stains and most chemicals.
Lexan polycarbonate resin is an amorphous engineering thermoplastic, characterized by outstanding mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal properties.
Lexan provides broad design versatility through its wide range of viscosities and product options such as: environmentally conforming flame retardancy, scratch resistance, toughness, heat resistance, weatherability, biocompatibility, and optical quality.
MDO plywood is void-free and coated with a hard and smooth phenolic coating that easily accepts epoxy, paint and other glues. It's specifically engineered for a range of outdoor and indoor applications.
It is made with waterproof adhesive and resists surface penetration of water. It provides excellent sound and heat insulation and requires minimum maintenance.
